I'm blogging to try and beat this weight for a final time. I don't want to see 300 lbs in my life time. I've been there and back twice now and have had enough. I'm hoping the accountability to blogging will help me win this journey for the last time. I know programs like weight watchers I've only ever gained weight with. This time I'm going to do what makes me feel good. I'm hoping that with feeling good inside it will reflect on the outside

New Start today
I went last night and went to Obesity Help and found some really motivating people. Started this morning out with a piece of cake. Not the best idea but I made it yesterday because I want to learn to decorate cakes and it was setting on the stove when I was making the babies breakfast. It was really moist and delicious and it was a small piece. Then I got my act together and had a protein shake with strawberries, a sm pce of banana and some all bran buds to try and help the constipation caused by the protein. I wanted to walk to Value Village today with the baby but he doesn't like wind and it's windy out. So plan B is wait till daddy is putting him to bed and then take my older son out for some fresh air. I'm not sure what lunch is going to be I'm going to look thru my protein recipes and see if I have any items to make something. I used the rest of my protein powder for breakfast.
